About Us
Only a generation or two ago someone could buy a house in their mid 20’s. That dream has been lost for most Americans. There are mounting hurdles to affordable housing every day for the average income earner. Our goal is to provide affordable and efficient services to help people achieve their dream without breaking the bank.
Anaïs, Principal Planner, has been trained and worked in planning and regulatory environments for over 12 years. Joe, Principal Designer, was a contractor and framer for 20 years. Together they provide a perfect combination of skills for your project. We are both certified building designers and have a combined three decades of experience.
