Dynamic, Affordable Design
We offer a variety of design services. Our basic design package for contractors is competitive and affordable with a quick turnaround service. It include all the architectural sheets you need as well as response to comments from the agency. As optional additional services we can offer landscape plans that do not need to be stamped, drainage, storm water, and green building assessments.
Technology
The amount of technology available today is staggering yet its practical application to construction has been largely ignored. We create a system that brings hi-tech under your roof and out to your job site. We use LiDAR cameras, modeling software, and the latest software to create 3D models of the project. We can meet with you or the client remotely and tour the CADD model and drawings to make changes on the fly. Want to show the client what a change will look like? Just give us a call and turn on the computer. We can put a 3D model of the project in your hands that you can give to the client to explore to their hearts content.
Hourly Drafting and CADD modeling
If you already have your a plan set, we can create supplemental drawings and construction documents or update older drawing for you. Working on a small project and realized you need a permit for that deck? We can draft plans for smaller projects at our hourly rate with a project minimum.
Planning and Permitting
We can get your permits for you or walk you through it. Where required, we offer the services of our planner, who can deal with the local jurisdiction to obtain variances or sort out complications that might arise.

Non-compete Agreement
Your project is your business. We will sign a non-compete agreement that limits the range of work we can perform on your project to the services you hired us to do. You retain full control of your project.
